To the Poet of “Didactic Poems”

“Read,” began the Creator ,

Trembling with this command, every night without ceasing

He obviously stopped to think about what should be done.

Sure, one must read and write, but how and where?

Then suddenly I understood the wisdom in these words;

first ask from Him .

Days and nights, years of contemplation,

If the pen does not write Him, it has no value.

When that moment comes, when it is said, “Write” ,

When all the worlds are laid out before you,

The pen is in your hands, but it is no longer yours,

All the verses you wrote in the books, one after another .

By decorating our “universal garden” with roses,

As you are commanded, be literate.

Avoiding useless knowledge like Yunus ,

Once you know yourself, the rest will come…
