The Doctor Who Made Turkey Swell With Pride
International Biographical The research, monitoring and editorial departments of the Centre , Cambridge (IBC) evaluate hundreds of thousands of doctors and their work from all over the world in a detailed and meticulous manner every year, and select the world’s best 100 doctors under the name of “IBC TOP 100 HEALTH PROFESSIONALS”, reward them by the award committee and announce them to the whole world. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Yıldızhan from Turkey was shown among the “Top 100″ doctors in the world by IBC in 2014.
He is not an ordinary doctor. He is also one of the people who contribute to the increase of beauty and goodness in the world. Thanks to such exemplary individuals, humanity is slowly but continuously moving towards betterment.
Ahmet Yıldızhan is so modest that he was given a ” Genius ” medal by America , and he never mentioned it to anyone, as if it was a very ordinary event. His modest, honest, fair and generous behaviors in his daily life sometimes left his patients and other people speechless. Despite being one of the best in the world in his profession, he did not become passive by being satisfied with such successes; many issues such as people in Africa having access to clean water, protecting the environment, creating a happier and easier world for the disabled, and the economic situation of people, especially students, interested him closely.
He read a lot, wrote a lot. The Education Science magazine he published served for many years. He always defended the right, the truth and the beautiful. He gave importance to universal values. He explained how global problems could be solved in the books and articles he wrote. He expressed a very sensitive and abstract concept like happiness in a concrete way with an equation in the numerical field like mathematics. In other words, he found the equation of happiness.
After becoming a specialist doctor, he went to Harvard University and received “ postgraduate ” education. His scientific studies on herniated discs in particular were included in classical textbooks published in the United States and in various journals around the world as references . The book he wrote, “Herniated Disc and Protection Methods” was published in English. The content of this book was published on the internet and he received international thanks, especially for the “ 100 Tips for Back Health ” section . He operated on thousands of patients from home and abroad. He received many blessings from his patients and the poor. He pioneered the microtechnique and microendoscopic technique applied in herniated disc surgeries in our country. He also developed a new and very important technique , “Microtechnique”, applied in narrow spinal canal disease. He is still one of the pioneers of the “Internal Decompression” method in the world.
Finally, the world did not remain silent in the face of all these studies. American Association of Neurological Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Yıldızhan, a member of Surgeons , American Biographical He was named one of the Great Minds of the 21st Century by the Institute . International Biographical Centre , Cambridge, 2000 Outstanding Intellectuals of the 21st Century and Outstanding He was included among the Scientists of the 21st Century .
In 2014, he became the International Biographical Centre , Cambridge, was shown among the “World’s Best 100 (TOP 100) Doctors” and Ahmet Yıldızhan was also given the title of professor by the same centre . This is a great honour for both our doctor and our country.
His assistant, who has been working with him for ten years, has the following impressions about Ahmet Yıldızhan: He is honest in his daily life to the extent of being called “perfectly pure”. He fulfills whatever he promises without delay. He is surprisingly modest. He speaks little and concisely, and thinks more. He is polite, and does not use the imperative mood when speaking. I have never heard a bad word from him until today , nor have I heard him speak badly of anyone. He is such a positive person that he can find a positive side even in the worst event. He is very meticulous in his work. He tries to provide flawless service to his patients. He does his best to make other people, the poor, and even other creatures happy. He is extremely generous. He does not care about worldly possessions. In the clinic, apart from the meticulous and diligent service he provides to his patients, I see him either reading a book or praying.
We present to you our interview with this valuable scientist who is of great value not only to Türkiye but to the entire world:
– Medikalturk Magazine: You have received an award that makes Turkey proud. First of all, we congratulate you and congratulate you on this great success. We know the importance of this award in the health world. How did you feel about being among the top 100 doctors in the world and being honored with the title of professor from England?
-Ahmet Yıldızhan: First of all, I thank God . I know that there are many more doctors in our country and in the world who deserve these positions and titles . If there is a success, I dedicate it to my dear mother and father, all my teachers, teachers and colleagues who contributed to my education. Being a doctor is a profession that requires sacrifice . I would like to express my gratitude to my devoted wife who paid the price to provide me with a comfortable working environment , my beloved children and our valuable people who constantly encourage me.
– Medikalturk Magazine: We think that this award is a great morale boost for our Turkish Doctors in the health world in Turkey. What are your thoughts on this matter?
-Ahmet Yıldızhan: We already have many valuable doctors worldwide. We should know their value and hold them in high esteem. If our people are provided with sufficient opportunities in every field , they will reach much better places internationally. Medicine in our country has made significant progress in recent years. The fact that many patients come to our country from foreign countries for treatment and the increasing number of international publications are indicators of this.
– Medikalturk Magazine: When we look at history, we see that very valuable doctors were raised in this geography, right?
,- Ahmet Yıldızhan: Yes, this geography and the climates of civilization that emerged here have produced very important doctors. Although Ibn-i Sina was born in a neighboring geography, he is ultimately a great figure that our cradle of civilization raised and gifted to humanity. The famous physician Şerefeddin Sabuncuoğlu is from Amasya . The birthplace of Hippocrates, known as the father of medicine, is Kos Island, and this island is right across from the Bodrum Peninsula. In other words, Hippocrates is considered our fellow countryman . Galen was already from Bergama . We can multiply these examples, which are common values of humanity, to which we owe a debt of gratitude. However, we should not forget that there are thousands of doctors who have served selflessly all over the world and whose names have not been engraved anywhere. Let us remember them here with gratitude and appreciation. Greetings to those unnamed heroes.
– Medikalturk Magazine: The most prestigious institution in the world in its field, the Cambridge International Biographical Journal You were shown among the 100 most successful healthcare professionals in the world in 2014 by the Center (IBC). What is the criterion for giving this award?
-Ahmet Yıldızhan: As you said, this organization is the most prestigious institution in the world in its field. These are respected institutions with deep-rooted traditions. I think they must have very serious criteria.
– Medikalturk Magazine: You are one of the first doctors that comes to mind in our country and in the world when it comes to herniated discs and spinal stenosis. Can you tell us what spinal stenosis is?
-Ahmet Yıldızhan: Narrow spinal canal, also known as spinal stenosis, is a disorder of our spine. The spinal canal, through which the spinal cord and nerves pass, is a thin, long, twisted tube made up of bones stacked on top of each other. If the width of this canal, which has a certain diameter, decreases, the narrowed canal easily compresses the nerves passing through it. As a result, symptoms such as pain in the waist and legs, numbness, restlessness, tingling, gait disturbance, forced sitting after a while while walking, gradually shortening of the walking distance, frequent urination, deterioration of urinary and fecal control, weakness in the legs, and negative effects on sexual functions may occur. The narrow canal in the neck area also affects the arms.
– Medikalturk Magazine: Is it easy to diagnose spinal stenosis?
-Ahmet Yıldızhan: The correct diagnosis of narrow spinal canal requires experience. When the patient’s examinations are meticulously evaluated, not only the diameters of the spinal canal but also the “effective canal area” should be taken into consideration. The thickened and hardened connective tissues associated with the canal, which narrow the canal, should always be taken into account. Sometimes, the anatomical structures on the side, which we call lateral recess , can narrow and compress the nerve elements. This issue should not be overlooked in diagnosis and treatment.
– Medikalturk Magazine: In contrast to the classical surgery applied in narrow canal operations, you are pioneering a new technique in our country and in the world. With microtechnique What are the advantages of this technique called Internal Decompression?
-Ahmet Yıldızhan: In this method, the inner part of the spinal canal is entered with microtechnique and the canal is expanded from the inside. In this way, the anatomical structure is preserved as much as possible. Since the anatomical structure that provides stabilization is preserved, it is not necessary to insert screws or similar instruments in these patients who remain stable. As a result, it is a great advantage that no foreign objects are placed in the patients. This is an important gain especially for older patients.
– Medikalturk Magazine: In the hall at the entrance of your office, it says, “Patients who are not in good financial situations are kindly requested to inform us.” Why did you write this?
-Ahmet Yıldızhan: This profession cannot be done without loving people. A doctor must love people first and foremost. He must observe the will of God. I both love people and consider them sacred. I perform my surgeries with this feeling. Also, my late mother’s will was in this direction.
– Medikalturk Magazine: The Redhouse English-Turkish dictionary gives the Turkish equivalent of the word “ Professor ” as “Professor Ordinaryus”. The medal given to you says “ Professor Ahmet Yildizhan ”. This professorship title is given to you by one of the most prestigious institutions in the world and the box of the medal says “With the Patronage of Her Majesty the Queen”. Considering that you were among the “World’s Top 100 Doctors” in 2014 and were included among the “ Great Minds of the Twenty- First Century” and “ Important Scientists of the Twenty-First Century” by very serious international institutions in previous years, can we call you “Professor Ordinaryus Ahmet Yıldızhan”?
title is not officially in use at the moment . Therefore, there is no point in talking about it.
– Medikalturk Magazine: People show you as an example to young people and their own children. What is your advice to young people at this point?
-Ahmet Yıldızhan: Let your mind be your guide. Every person who is intelligent enough loves, gives and becomes virtuous; sees the truth, knows himself, finds the truth. “Love, be giving and be virtuous ” and be virtuous )” trio, is the formula for creating a happier world, a more livable universe both today and in the coming millennia. We should adopt this formula as all of humanity, give it importance in education and engrave it in our genetic codes. The “ideal society” will be built in this way. A virtuous person tries to do his best no matter what he does. The concept of “being virtuous” also includes “being fair”. Justice is so important that if you were to remove all the values from a society one by one and only justice remained, that society might continue to exist. However, if there is no justice, that society will collapse. Remember that justice is one of the universal values and will find its place sooner or later. In fact, both those who do good and those who do evil do it to themselves.
– Medikalturk Magazine: You are the owner of important titles . How do you see fame, reputation , property, and money from where you stand ?
-Ahmet Yıldızhan: Although I have been known as one of the doctors who perform the most surgeries in the world for years, I still work late at night to provide for my four children and to support my family. I drive a small hybrid car because it is environmentally friendly and economical. But if you ask me, “Who is the richest person in the world?” I would say “me.” Because I did not exist, my Lord created me; He gave me consciousness, intelligence, health, and made me taste all the blessings that a mortal can have in this world. I am grateful and I know how to be content. There is no such thing as owning. Everything is His. He is the giver and the taker. He is the doer and the giver. In fact, there is nothing but Him. He is the only one who exists…

‘Ordinary of Medicine’ Ahmet Yıldızhan…
International Biographical in England Centre (IBC), Cambridge is one of the most respected institutions in the world. Every year, IBC monitors and evaluates doctors internationally with its existing committees and selects the best 100 (TOP 100) doctors among them, awards them and announces them to the world. In 2014, this well-established institution included Assoc . Prof. Dr. Ahmet Yıldızhan from Turkey among the best 100 doctors in the world, gave him a medal and honored him with the title of ‘professor’. This is also an honor for our country…
In fact, he had shown himself when he was a little boy. When he started primary school, a shopkeeper in the neighbourhood and his customer were trying to calculate the price of the firewood they were selling with pens and paper in their hands . When little Ahmet, who was passing by and overheard, told them the result from a distance in a few seconds, they were stunned.
Kuleli Military High School, which required tough exams, as the top student, he later chose the Faculty of Medicine. Years later, a classmate of his who rose to the rank of general said about this incident, “Our army lost a very valuable general, but the world gained a very valuable scientist.”
America gave him the ‘ Genius ‘ medal as an award. He ignored this and continued his life calmly. After becoming a ‘Specialist Doctor’, he went to Harvard University and received ‘ postgraduate ‘ education.
Yıldızhan, a member of the American Association of Neurosurgeons , Biographical Institute He was listed among the ‘ Great Minds of the 21st Century’ by the IBC. He was also included among the ‘ 2000 Important Intellectuals of the 21st Century’ and ‘Important Scientists of the 21st Century’ by Cambridge.
It was a world first for him to express an abstract concept like happiness with mathematical concrete equations. After emphasizing the mind, I find it important that he developed a discourse such as ‘Love, give and be virtuous’ and presented this as a formula that would save humanity.
concept principle formulated by Yıldızhan is of value that will provide a new opening for humanity. Here, he addresses all of humanity: “No matter what religion, sect or philosophical view you belong to, love, give and be virtuous; our salvation today and in the millennia to come lies in this formula,” he says. I also value this idea very much.
The back of the award medal bears the inscription ‘ Professor Ahmet Yildizhan ‘. Redhouse In the dictionary, the Turkish equivalent of the word ‘ professor ‘ is ‘ordinaryüs professor’. In other words, the British actually called Yıldızhan ‘Ordinaryüs Professor Ahmet Yıldızhan’. This is a universal honor and it is our duty to appreciate it.
Once upon a time, the legendary striker and national football player Lefter was called the ‘Ordinary of Football’. I can also call Yıldızhan the ‘Ordinary of Medicine’.
Even though Yıldızhan was given the title of ‘associate professor’ in Turkey and ‘professor’ in England ( ordinary professor according to Redhouse ), in my eyes and mind he is Ord . Prof. Ahmet Yıldızhan. If he had another title, I would have given it with peace of mind.
I see that the philosophical depth of the East and the strict scientific humanity of the West meet in the person of Yıldızhan and that this is gradually deepening. He weaves his cocoon silently and deeply. Unpretentious, unhypocritical. With the air of a sage… Sages can change not only their countries but also the entire world and the universe with their ideas. Therefore, let us get to know, understand, pay attention to, and applaud Prof. Yıldızhan’s successes. Although he withdraws into his inner universe in the face of success and continues to contemplate, we need these sparkles as a country…

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yıldızhan Answered Three Questions in Harari’s Book ‘Homo Deus’
Thinker and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Yıldızhan answered three important questions that concern humanity, written at the end of author and historian
Yuval Noah Harari’s book ‘Homo Deus ’. Stating that he does not agree with some of the ideas of ‘Homo Deus ’ author and historian Yuval Noah Harari and that he invites him to adopt the ‘ Doctrine’ , Brain, Nerve and Spinal Cord Surgery Specialist Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Yıldızhan answered three important questions that concern humanity, written at the end of the book. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yıldızhan answered the following questions: Are organisms merely algorithms and life merely data processing? Which is more valuable, intelligence or consciousness? What will society, politics and daily life look like when unconscious but highly intelligent algorithms come to know us better than we know ourselves?
“The brain is actually an instrument in the hands of the soul” Stating that there are algorithms in the structure of organisms that serve that organism, but that organisms are not just algorithms, Ahmet Yıldızhan said, “For example, the human organism also has a soul. The soul has functions such as consciousness, intelligence , reason, will and soul. The brain extends to every organ and the furthest point of the body via nerve fibers; it performs its functions using algorithms. It is a complete boss. However, the magnificent brain is actually an instrument in the hands of the soul. In other words, the brain, which is the boss, actually has a boss and that real boss is the soul. Therefore, consciousness, intelligence , reason, will and soul are ultimately functions of the soul. The mind is a multiple function formed by the union of these. The soul maintains the existence of the organism using the magnificent instrument called the brain and has its routine tasks done. The mind is a function of the soul. Intelligence is primarily a function of the brain. Since the brain is an instrument in the hands of the soul, intelligence is also indirectly a function of the soul. Throughout life, data is constantly processed both inside and outside the organism. But life is not just about data processing.”
“The most valuable thing for a being is consciousness”Emphasizing that consciousness is more valuable than intelligence, Ahmet Yıldızhan said, “The most valuable thing for a being is consciousness. Because a being can only perceive its own existence and its environment, the universe, and the beyond with its consciousness. For an unconscious being, both itself and its environment are virtually non-existent. In order to be able to say ‘I exist’, consciousness is first necessary. The most important thing for a person or being is to be able to exist. We only understand that we exist with our consciousness. Our existence gains meaning for us. Therefore, consciousness is the most important, most valuable blessing bestowed upon us. Intelligence and reason are different things. Intelligence is a function of the brain with its various branches , and a very intelligent person can also do unwise things. While a highly intelligent person can make very useful inventions, if they are not smart enough, they can unfortunately commit robbery or produce nuclear bombs. However, an intelligent person considers the benefit of both themselves and other beings in the actions they take. An intelligent person does not produce weapons that threaten our planet by using intelligence, which is a function of the brain. They also protect the beings around them and do not harm them. An intelligent person can be an atheist, but an intelligent person is not an atheist. A person who is guided by his mind will find God sooner or later,” he said.
Ahmet Yıldızhan, who stated that it is good for humanity for robots, artificial intelligence and algorithms that serve humans to be highly intelligent, said, “Because as their intelligence increases, the areas they serve and their service capacities increase. Knowing the various values related to the health of a person in their blood and body and recording them in a system ultimately increases the quality of the health service that person receives. As long as humans and robots have the ‘50 Virtues’. As long as humans continue on their path under the light of the ‘ Teaching’ , highly intelligent algorithms that have the willpower that humans allow will always serve as they are programmed, with the ‘Morals of the Teaching’, even if they come to know us better than we know ourselves. As a result, society, politics and daily life will be shaped in line with the ‘Ideal Society’ consisting of individuals with the ‘50 Virtues’, and the earth will turn into heaven. In the advanced stages of the ‘Ideal Society’ , there will be no need for an army, police or even a courthouse; the state will be a ‘Technical State’ that continues its existence only to serve,” he explained.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Yıldızhan, “ The Power of Thought in Our Teaching ( The In the chapter called Power of Thought ), we emphasized that thought is a very powerful energy and said: Everything starts in the dimension of thought. Then a desire and will are put forward. Finally, action is taken and that thought becomes reality. The future is built in this way. The fastest thing in the realm of being is thought. By thinking, you can go beyond the universe in an instant, even to the ‘Infinite Beyond’. You can solve problems by thinking. You can build the future by thinking. Since you can build the future by thinking, then think in advance in the way you desire a future. ‘ In the Teaching, we invite all conscious beings to be positive-minded, always think positively and make positive constructions,” he said.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Yıldızhan: “Giving robots free will could lead to the end of humanity”
ISTANBUL, (DHA)- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Yıldızhan said that robots have developed a lot today and the conveniences they offer to people are increasing day by day, and that this development will continue.
Expressing that robots are used safely in the industry, Yıldızhan said, “Automation will become even more widespread. Robots that imitate humans in every way, and are even impossible to distinguish from humans , will be built. Robots that not only work and move perfectly, but also learn, talk, argue, joke and make jokes, write poems, engage in various artistic activities, and compose music will be developed.”
Saying that the issue should also be considered from an ethical perspective while developing robots and artificial intelligence, Yıldızhan said, “At this point, the entire “ Doctrine” and especially the “Doctrine Ethics” included in it will be guiding. Robots should also be moral. There is no harm in the excessive development of robots’ intelligence and abilities after they are under control. As their intelligence and abilities increase, their service capacity also increases. Various human emotions, which we can call “Branches of the Soul”, can also be loaded into robots. Thus, they can reach a more advanced level of development. They can create wonders with artificial intelligence . However, no matter how much robots develop, they should never be given an unlimited and open-ended free will. They can be given many options regarding their preferences, but the end of this will must definitely be determined by the human and should not be open-ended. Final preferences should always be brought to a conclusion by the human.”
“In the future, there will be robots that make robots,” said Yıldızhan, continuing his words as follows:
“Therefore, they should never be given an open-ended free will. Such a mistake could result in the dominance of robots and could lead to the end of humanity. Humanity should not allow this. However, if we can create a robot that has fully internalized the “Teaching” ; that loves, gives, and possesses all of the “50 Virtues” , there will be no harm in that. With the definition of the “50 Virtues” in “Yıldızhan’s Universal Teaching” , the concept of a universal moral code that can be applied to humans and robots simultaneously in a fair and objective manner is effectively and healthily presented. It is possible for us to place these moral codes, placed inside humans by a “Transcendent Power”, inside robots. This is very important for the future of humanity. We have always thought, “Can we develop a universal moral code concept that can be applied in a fair and objective manner?” Thus, an old dream of ours has come true.”

The Best Medicine Against Terrorism: “Doctrine”
According to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Yıldızhan, how should the struggle of ideas against terrorism be carried out?
In the first quarter of the
twenty-first century, terrorism continues its attacks mercilessly all over the world and unfortunately takes many lives. All kinds of violence seriously threaten humanity. Terrorism is a crime against humanity and is unacceptable. No matter where it is in the world or who it is committed against, the act of terrorism is actually committed against all of humanity and hurts everyone. The fight against terrorist organizations is an important agenda item in the world. It is unfortunately not enough to severely condemn terrorism and terrorist organizations and just threaten them. What is important is to be able to wage a comprehensive, serious and effective fight against them based on reason and common sense. In this fight against terrorist organizations, it is just as important to eliminate their economic opportunities as it is to dry up their human and new personnel resources. Unfortunately, terrorist organizations recruit personnel from all over the world. It is not possible to achieve a definitive victory against these organizations unless this resource is dried up. During her visit to Turkey, British Prime Minister Theresa May said that in order to defeat terrorist organizations, it is necessary to defeat them in terms of ideas. The famous Terror and Security Expert Abdullah Ağar also drew attention to the fact that in order to definitively defeat terrorist organizations, their human resources must first be dried up and emphasized the importance of the struggle to be carried out in terms of ideas. The struggle of ideas to be carried out against terrorism and terrorist organizations must be rational, contemporary, embracing of everyone and “of a maturity and beauty that will give hope even to terrorists.” This idea must be so rational, loving and moral that a person who is introduced to it should not even consider violence, let alone joining a terrorist organization. This idea that is needed is the “Universal Teaching .
” This “Teaching” represents the rational, enlightened, embracing, peaceful and loving true face of Islam. Those who are introduced to the “Teaching” get to know the real Islam. This is how Islam should be understood and interpreted both today and in the coming millennia. Islam is the religion of “peace.” Even its name comes from the root “peace.” It is a very simple religion. It is easy to become a member. The conditions of Islam are three for the poor and five for the rich. For the poor, it is enough to recite the Shahada, pray, and fast. The rich, in addition to these, give alms and go on the pilgrimage. Shahada is very important. Because it is the acknowledgement of the existence and oneness of Allah, and the acceptance that Hz. Muhammad is the servant and messenger of Allah.
Islam is, first and foremost, a religion of reason and peace. The Quran equates killing a person unjustly with killing all of humanity. However, today, Islam is unfortunately being misinterpreted by some groups and this sublime religion is being treated unfairly. The “Teaching” will also put an end to this injustice. In the beginning of the “Teaching” , the following is addressed to all conscious beings so that they can make progress and move on to a new era: “The ‘Teaching’ that we have founded on the words ‘Love, Give, and Be Virtuous’ is the formula for creating a happier world, a more livable universe both today and in the coming millennia. We should all of humanity adopt this formula, give importance to it in education, and engrave it in our genetic codes. The ‘Ideal Society’ will be built in this way.”
Morality and justice are very important concepts. We accept the existence of secular morality as well as religious morality. We say, “An atheist person can be as moral and virtuous as a religious person.” We embrace everyone with understanding. In addition, with the definition of the “50 Virtues” in the “Teaching”, a “universal moral code concept” that can be applied to humans and robots at the same time in a fair and objective manner has been developed. This issue will always play a very important role in terms of the safety of humanity and the establishment of peace.
We recommend that we be fair even to our enemies. Therefore, the terrorist will know that he will be treated fairly when he surrenders. We ask the question “Who can bring back a lost life?” again. In our opinion, even a single human being is more valuable than all the goods, properties and lands on earth. We believe in the power of education. There is no person who cannot be good or won over with education.
The person who loves, gives and possesses all the “50 Virtues” has stepped inside the border of the “Ideal Society” . Now he is the “Universal Man” . The “Universal Man” has taken his mind as his guide. He is loving and peaceful. He stays away from all kinds of violence and encourages peace in his environment. Therefore, we must establish such an education system that “Universal Man” should be raised there, not terrorists. The trick is not to destroy the existing terrorists, but to create “Universal People” from among them.
The “Universal Teaching” that comes from the peaceful and rational discourse of Islam is the best cure for violence, hunger , misery and ignorance. It will lead humanity to love, freedom, prosperity, peace, tranquility and happiness. Over time, as the “Teaching” is adopted by the masses and state apparatuses, the socio-economic and political environment that prepares the ground for terrorism will also disappear on its own. Nations and peoples that oppose each other will strive to live in peace, in friendship and brotherhood. Remember that peace brings prosperity and everyone can share this prosperity.
In a world where values are thoughtlessly lost and universal values are trampled upon, the “Universal Teaching” is an important guide and reference point. This “Very Simple Teaching”, which is a beacon of hope even for the terrorist himself, shines like a sun on the horizon of humanity. May Allah make it a means of goodness…

The Good Man Tolstoy
Why did he call Tolstoy a good person?
Just as it is a shameful and unacceptable murder that the Russian Ambassador was shot in the back by a person with ties to a terrorist organization, it is equally shameful and unacceptable that the Russian State bombed the civilian population in Aleppo with planes and killed the young, the old, the women and the children, thus killing tens of thousands of innocent “people”.
Any murder can be committed by an individual, a family, a group, an organization, a secret organization, a terrorist organization, a state, a parallel state or a deep state. This does not change the fact that it is murder. Murder is murder. It is absolutely unacceptable.
No terrorist act can be approved. Ankara, Istanbul, New York, London, Moscow, Berlin, Paris, Nice, Beijing, Tokyo, Seoul, Rome, Madrid, Oslo, Ottawa, Sao Paulo, Sydney, Athens, Tehran, Tel Aviv, Gaza, Beirut, Baghdad, Riyadh, Cairo, Beslan, Bombay, Kabul, Karachi , Bali, Cape Town , Casablanca, Gamboru No matter where it is in Ngala , Mombasa , Nairobi or anywhere else in the world, no matter who it is against or who does it, it doesn’t matter . Terrorism is terrorism. It is never acceptable.
The “murders” committed by states are also unacceptable. In fact, it is unthinkable to even think of the concept of state and words such as “murder , torture, cruelty” coming together . Because according to the “ Doctrine” , states are technical devices that are responsible for protecting and looking after people, the environment and other beings, distributing justice, ensuring welfare, facilitating happiness and “paving the way for immortality” for those who want it. However, murder and torture are crimes against humanity.
The intelligence services of today’s states are also a separate problem. Most of them do not only protect their own countries, they also go to other countries and disrupt the stability there, create wars and chaos, and commit murders. All of these activities are shameful. They should actually use their current power to prevent wars and ensure peace and brotherhood.
It is incomprehensible that leaders of important states still talk about producing nuclear missiles when there are enough nuclear weapons to destroy the world several times over. We pity these leaders. If half of the money spent on armaments were spent on eliminating hunger, poverty and ignorance, the earth would become heaven.
Fighting and killing is not the right solution. Dropping bombs on innocent people is not the right solution. If you want a definite and right solution, love, give and be virtuous like the “Good Man Tolstoy”.
Tolstoy was a great writer and a good person. He had a quality mind that could think in broad dimensions. He spent his life always searching. Throughout his life, he always supported love, peace and brotherhood. He advised people to respond with good words when bad words were spoken to them.
He emphasized that killing people is a very bad thing. The words “When you kill a bad person, you think you have destroyed evil, but then you see that something worse than the evil you thought you had destroyed is growing inside you” belong to Tolstoy .
That great person unfortunately left this world 46 years before my birth. Therefore, he never had the chance to meet the “Teaching” . But the generations that will come after this are very lucky. Because they will not be in a search that leads to depression like Tolstoy. They will find such a ” Teaching” ready in their arms the day they are born. Moreover, since they will grow up knowing such a ” Teaching” , they will more easily establish a prosperous, peaceful, free and happy world with their minds at ease and satisfied.
Tolstoy was generous and always gave. He protected and looked after the poor. He tried to be a perfect person. He gave so much that in the end, he was going to give his land to the peasants but he couldn’t because his family was against it.
Among people, there are people like Tolstoy who belong to different religions and sects that God loves. If God had willed, He could have gathered all people under one religion.
Great man, giant writer and superior personality I pray to God to have mercy on Tolstoy. Allah loves those who love, give, and are virtuous…
Iliad , written by Homer , who lived thousands of years before the “peaceful Tolstoy” , is actually a war epic. Despite this, war and warriors are mentioned with bad words in many parts of the work. People who love war are despised by saying , “Always fight, fight is your strength” .
We see that even in a famous war epic that has passed through thousands of years, war is criticized and emphasized as very bad. The common consciousness and common sense of humanity also proclaimed the fact that war was bad thousands of years ago.
Homer describes war as evil, ominous, deadly, terrifying and tear-inducing. Even the soldiers who fought in it refer to it with these adjectives. In a war epic, it is particularly important that war is denigrated in this way.
Throughout history, while people have waged wars, destroyed, fought and shed blood, they have always subconsciously longed for peace. Therefore, it is not surprising that war is denigrated in the Iliad, which is a war epic.
Human history has shown that a small spark is enough to start huge wars. However, the price of achieving peace afterwards is very high. Who can bring back a lost life? Even a single “human” is more valuable than all the goods, property, holdings, oil, mines, jewels and lands on earth. Therefore, it is best not to start a war at all.
don’t notice it in your daily struggles and hustle In the long term , humanity is slowly evolving and moving towards the better. At this stage, even if the rhetoric of those who govern the states is very harsh and hurtful towards each other; nations and peoples should try to live in peace, friendship and brotherhood. In the “Ideal Society” of the future , such problems will be left far behind and people will live in peace, prosperity and freedom, almost like heaven on earth.
At that stage, humanity, who has come a long way on the path illuminated by the ” Teaching” , will establish “Immortality Centers” under the guidance of science . Thus, while every soul tastes death, some souls will be able to taste death after billions of years. As long as people know how to be intelligent and live in peace.
How happy are those who always pursue peace…
To those who always defend peace by putting pens and flowers against swords…
Greetings to them….

An Immoral Society Cannot Survive
Why can’t an immoral society survive?
Morality is the rules and forms of behavior that include goodness, beauty and truth that individuals and societies must abide by. Being moral is in a person’s nature. However, good and beautiful habits can be acquired and developed both by living in society and by education.
Morality is so important that the primary duty of the prophets sent to societies throughout history has been to call people to faith and preach moral rules to them.
Virtue is the general name of the qualities that morality praises. Almost all of the “50 Virtues” in the “ Teaching” are also related to morality. We can directly call the sum of those related to morality “Teaching Morality” . If a person has all of the “50 Virtues”, he/she is also a moral person. In other words, having all of the virtues in the “ Teaching” guarantees that the person is also moral. Thus, while the “50 Virtues” include being moral, they also include virtues such as “being brave ” and “being patient”. Therefore, the “Ideal Society” consisting of individuals who have all of the “50 Virtues” is a magnificent society that is both completely moral and has some additional virtues.
a person or society to have a “Doctrine Ethics” . Because this is a morality that is fully defined, has been filtered through reason and its boundaries are drawn, and includes “Multiple Virtues” . If a person is connected to a rational and comprehensive moral value system, their feet will be more firmly on the ground, they will live a moral and respectable life. They will also achieve happiness more easily.
This morality can also be used in the field of artificial intelligence and robot technology. There are countless benefits for not only humans but also robots to have ethical values. In this context, “Doctrine Morality” is also very important for robots. If robots have all of the “50 Virtues”, a much more risk-free, safe, peaceful and peaceful world will be established.
It is not possible for an immoral society to survive and continue its existence. The salvation of human beings and other beings can only be achieved by building moral societies.
Different beings in different parts of the universe may have different values and judgments. However, they should also love, give and be virtuous within their own understanding. Because an immoral society cannot survive.
Believing in a transcendent power and believing that one day this power will come and be held accountable strengthens the foundation of morality. However, the existence of “secular morality” is also a reality. Because morality, conscience and a sense of justice are inherently present in humans. Reason itself preaches moral living. An intelligent person is virtuous and knows that living virtuous is more beneficial for both himself and society. In other words, personal and social benefit also requires living morally.
It is easier for moral individuals and societies to find God and approach Him. Those who adopt a moral lifestyle also attain wisdom more easily. The wise are God’s chosen, lucky servants. They live in peace.
The more intelligent a person is, the more virtuous and moral he is. When describing Socrates , Plato says , “He was the best, the most just, and the wisest of the people we know .” So, considering these virtues, we can easily say that Socrates was one of the smartest people in history.
Moral individuals and societies should be praised, appreciated and always remembered with goodness. Allah loves and exalts moral individuals and societies.
Oh my Lord! Always honor moral individuals and societies…

Be Moral First
As a thinking and acting being, the actions of man, both individually and in social life, should be based on certain principles and rules. The behavior patterns resulting from these rules should aim to lead individuals and societies to goodness, beauty, truth, peace and happiness.
While Napoleon said “money, money, money”, we have been saying “education, education, education” for years. Now, in addition to that, we say “morality, morality, morality”.
You can be a very good doctor, engineer, lawyer, teacher, artist, scientist, business person, civil servant, worker or any other profession. But before you can be very good in your profession, you must first be a moral person. What difference does it make if you become an ‘alame’ after being immoral? Also, you must be moral before being religious or irreligious.
The person in front of you may be a great writer or artist, a famous statesman or scientist, a businessman with billions of dollars in cash and holdings. If such a person is not moral, do not give him much value.
Morality is also very important in business life. A moral person advances more easily in his career. The successes of an immoral person are temporary and meaningless. No matter what profession a person is in, he should always do his job ethically.
When hiring someone for your workplace, if the candidates’ qualifications and abilities are similar, the one with more moral values should be preferred.
There are wars in the world that last for years. If you gather around a table to make peace and you are not moral and virtuous enough, you cannot establish a lasting peace and get results.
No good can come from politicians who talk this way one day and that way the next. Besides, they don’t make good statesmen.
It is very important for the people who will govern the state to be moral, virtuous and competent. Because a wrong decision can negatively affect the lives, property and quality of life of millions, billions of people. Therefore, the people who will be appointed to the state administration must definitely be moral. Especially the person who will be elected to the Presidency should be one of the most moral and virtuous people of that country. National and world politics and elections should be structured according to this principle. All people who will make politics should be very moral and virtuous.
In a few days, a referendum will be held in our country to determine the system of government. I am writing this article before the referendum. I am saddened to see people breaking each other’s hearts over this. However, what difference does it make whether it is a “Presidential System” or a “Parliamentary System”? What is important is the human factor, the quality of the human being. Systems are important, of course. However, more important than that are the factors related to the person. Human factors come before the system. Even if you bring the best form of government in the world to your country, if the person you elect to lead the state is not moral and virtuous enough, there will be a problem. Therefore, you should first give importance to the education system and raise moral, virtuous and qualified people.
At the stage that humanity has reached, the best form of government is still democracy. Democracy is one of the universal values. It should be protected and developed. Remember that if one leg of democracy is to come and go with elections, the other leg is fundamental rights and freedoms, universal values. However, human factors are more important than the management system. If the person you elect is not moral and virtuous enough, your very good system will only reduce that person’s corruption, it will never eliminate it. However, if you give importance to education and raise moral and virtuous individuals, there will be no corruption. The unforeseen weaknesses of your system will be closed by virtuous administrators, on their own and in a fair manner, when the time comes. You will not even feel it. Never forget this; “as long as there are people involved”, human factors are very important and come before the system. Therefore, education should be given great importance in order to raise moral people for the system.
Prophet Muhammad says, “I was sent to complete good morals.” All prophets are moral. The Friends of Allah are always moral. Great philosophers have given importance to morality. Socrates, who warned the society he lived in and especially the youth, gave them advice, and did not hesitate to give his life for this cause, is one of the most moral people who ever lived. Aristotle also emphasized the importance of virtuous thoughts and virtuous behaviors on the path to happiness. Kant’s moral philosophy is already famous.
Morality is one of the fundamental pillars that keeps a society standing. Knowing this, philosophers have discussed the subject of morality for thousands of years and have tried to define good and bad. They have discussed a lot what morality and virtue are and how they should be. With the definition of the “50 Virtues” and the “good, bad, neutral” situations in the “Teaching” , these discussions will now come to an end. A universal norm will emerge regarding morality. Thus, the dream of thousands of years will become a reality. In addition, Schiller’s accusation of Kant’s moral law with harshness and despotism, which we find a bit harsh, will be mitigated in a way and a compromise will be reached. Virtues such as “Being tolerant”, “Taking the middle path and being moderate”, “Not despising and not criticizing” in the “50 Virtues” will guide us in this regard.
According to Kant, being moral is a universal duty and moral rules should be followed “under all circumstances”. According to him, this should be realized by the individual with his own free will, without any self-interest, and with a command given to him in accordance with his own conscience. In addition, the principle underlying that person’s moral behavior should be a law valid for all people. Kant is not among us right now, may he rest in peace where he has retired… In the “Teaching” ; with the definition of “50 Virtues” and “good, bad, neutral” situations, the universal moral norms of both today and the coming millennia have been revealed. The search that has lasted for thousands of years will come to an end. In addition, defining these “50 Virtues” together with “good, bad, neutral” situations will also create moral codes and norms that can be used in the field of artificial intelligence and robot technologies.
Thousands of years ago, Plato stated that goodness and beauty are already present within a person, in the depths of their soul. Therefore, a person must journey within themselves and reveal the good, beauty and truth that God has placed in their essence; they must be moral. However, the importance of education in establishing and spreading moral rules in society must also be well understood.
The “Doctrine” is actually a moral-based doctrine. It is a moral doctrine. The “50 Virtues” are very important, and almost all of these virtues are related to morality. According to the “ Doctrine”, a moral person should act not only by considering his own interests and happiness, but also by taking into account the happiness of other beings outside of himself. In addition, in the “Doctrine”, reason is very important, and intelligent people are expected to be moral as well. An intelligent and moral person never ignores the interests of society.
If a person feels spiritually peaceful, free and moral, he/she will find happiness more easily. Virtues lead a person towards happiness.
Moral people are in a more advantageous position both in this world and the hereafter. Moral and virtuous people are those who approach Allah and run towards Him. It is easier for a moral and wise person to be a Friend of Allah.
Always be moral and make your choices morally. Always elect moral and virtuous people to management positions.
Whatever management system you prefer, whatever job you do, first be ethical…

A Poem Written by a Doctor Friend About Ahmet Yıldızhan in 2007
To the Poet of “Didactic Poems”
“Read,” began the Creator ,
Trembling with this command, every night without ceasing
He obviously stopped to think about what should be done.
Sure, one must read and write, but how, where?
Then suddenly I understood the wisdom in these words;
first ask from Him .
Days and nights, years of contemplation,
If the pen does not write Him, it has no value.
When that moment comes, when it is said, “Write” ,
When all the worlds are laid out before you,
The pen is in your hands, but it is no longer yours,
All the verses you wrote in the books, one after another .
By decorating our “universal garden” with roses,
As you are commanded, be literate.
Avoiding useless knowledge like Yunus ,
Once you know yourself, the rest will come…

Endless thanks, love and respect to DOCTOR Mr. Ahmet Yıldızhan, who brought healing to my dear daughter Ayfer .
Emine Gul
I had surgery at Dr. Bey two months ago. Thank God, my surgery went very well. In Germany, they said that L4-L5 discs would be fixed with 6 screws, you would lose 80 percent of your movement. After the surgery, I was examined again in Germany, and they confirmed that my surgery went very well. Dr. Ahmet Bey is truly an expert, very modest and a prayerful person, a perfect person. My advice is that if you are going to have a critical surgery on your back, please see Dr. Ahmet Bey first. I thank him very much from here, may his life be blessed. May God always bring such beautiful people to us. God willing.
Ali Derya
My very valuable teacher. I am Ali Derya from Diyarbakır. I had surgery at your place 21 years ago. Thank God, I got better. During these 21 years, I was playing football, hunting, and wandering around the mountains. I was doing all kinds of movements. I was carrying loads. I was carrying my child. I was continuing my life in a very healthy way. This year, as a result of God’s will and my advancing age, I had a hernia again. I came to you again. Everyone knows that you are the number one doctor in Turkey in this regard. Again, with God’s permission, thanks to you, I had another beautiful surgery. Thank God, I am fine. I got rid of my pain. May God be pleased with you. Thank God, be with you. You are always in my prayers. May God Almighty always be with you. May you be entrusted to God. My respects, esteemed beautiful person.

I live in Adana. With God’s permission, I had surgery for a spinal stenosis and a herniated disc on Mr. Ahmet three years ago. Believe me, I am very well. I have no pain left. I can do everything, I can walk and drive. May God be pleased with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Yıldızhan. May God make Mr. Ahmet’s world and the hereafter prosperous. May He give him a blessed, healthy, happy and peaceful long life. I always pray…

About a week ago, our doctor operated on my mother for a herniated disc. We took her to him when she was in severe pain. When she came out of the surgery, my mother couldn’t believe that she was relieved of her pain. She was very afraid of the surgery, but thanks to my doctor , we saw that her fears were unfounded. We only stayed in the hospital for one night. We were able to walk our patient on the second day. She is very well now. Our doctor played a big role in this. He is both a very good doctor and a very good person. His approach to his patients is also very good. I say may God bless him. And I recommend our doctor to everyone who is experiencing this problem.
Avni Altas
May Allah be pleased with you. May He glorify your knowledge. I had an operation about 17 years ago. I recovered very quickly and returned to work. I had a successful operation, I recovered and he also helped me financially. I always prayed for him after the operation.
Huseyin Tavsan
Peace be upon you. As the Hüseyin Tavşan family, first my wife, then myself, then my mother, and 14 years later my wife again, on 19.12.2014, we had another hernia surgery by Doctor Ahmet Yıldızhan. We are very pleased with him. May Allah be pleased. I wish him continued success. May Allah grant him happiness in both worlds. Our prayers are with you.

I had surgery in 1995. At the L3-L4, L4-L5, L5-S1 levels. 3 months after the surgery, I also wrestled and carried nuts. May God bless my teacher, 23 years are coming up and I have no complaints . Best regards.
A Very Valuable Teacher
I am a teacher who had a herniated disc surgery 15 years ago with Ahmet Hocam. My surgery went very well. Five years ago, I had a herniated disc surgery from another point as God’s will. I am also very happy with that. Right now, I have a pain in my left arm. I have been in the hospital for 3 days with a suspicion of a heart condition. But it was not heart. I am waiting for the morning. I will leave myself to Ahmet Bey’s vast experience. His humanity is a whole different matter. Thank you, Hocam…
Emine Kabas (1)
My mother had a tumor removed from her spinal cord for the second time two weeks ago. Ahmet Bey performed both surgeries. May Allah be pleased with him. Her first surgery was already very successful. He also restored my mother to health the second time. After a very successful surgery, she is now back to her old life. Many doctors we went to said that they could not perform this surgery and that even if they did, she would be paralyzed. Ahmet Bey did not even mention this risk. We reached him every time we called and he answered our questions tirelessly and enlightened us. We always pray for him.
Emine Kabas (2)
Dear Professor, You have once again helped me heal during these blessed days. I would like to thank you once again for both your physical recovery after the surgery and your psychological support, and for following up on our illness. You brought us to this holiday with joy, may you always be with beauties, God willing. May Allah be pleased.

Dear teacher, today you gave me one of the best surprises of my life, I will always be grateful to you. Your book called Herniated Disc and Ways of Protection (signed to me) reached me today. No matter how much I thank and pray for you for this kind and thoughtful gesture, I cannot repay you. When I came to you on 26.04.2019, with the help you provided and the medications you gave me, my herniated disc pain has completely disappeared. As a result of both the exercises and regular use of the medications, all the pain and numbness in my leg due to the herniated disc are not felt at all now. I am always grateful to you for this. May God bless you .

Thanks to you, my health is good, thank God. With the inspiration I received from you, I completed the faculty of education 6 years ago and my master’s degree at Marmara University last year .
Now, as a special education teacher, I touch the lives of my special children. Those angels of mine needed me and God blessed me with this duty, thank God. Just like the kindness you have shown me.
With my best regards, you performed back surgery on me twice.
